  1. Introduction

This policy explains how Yellowbeanbag OÜ ("Planicorn," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Estonia, collects and uses information when you visit our website. It covers our marketing website only and does not apply to our platform or its users, which are governed by a separate privacy notice provided at the time of account registration. As an Estonian entity operating within the European Union, we process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus).

  1. Personal information

If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, firm name and work email address solely to respond to your enquiry. No other personal information is requested or required to use our marketing website. We also collect anonymised analytics data through Google Analytics (see Tracking). We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR: legitimate interests for responding to contact form enquiries, consent for analytics cookies, and legal obligation where disclosure is required by law.

  1. Usage

We use your name, firm namne and work email address only to respond to the enquiry you submitted. We do not use your contact details for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not build profiles or make automated decisions based on your information.

  1. Data Protection

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information you submit through our website. Our website is hosted by Framer, which applies its own security standards to the infrastructure. Contact form submissions are accessible only to authorised personnel and are deleted once your enquiry has been resolved, and no later than 12 months from receipt.

  1. User Rights

As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at planicorn.co@gmail.com. We will respond within one month as required by Article 12 of the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at info@aki.ee or www.aki.ee. If you are located in another EU/EEA member state, you may contact your local supervisory authority instead.

  1. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share website data only with Framer (our hosting provider) and Google (for analytics, as described below), both of whom act as data processors bound by appropriate data protection obligations, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the United States. We may also disclose information to legal or regulatory authorities if required by applicable law.

Our website uses Google Analytics and cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages viewed, session duration, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data does not identify you personally. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Essential cookies necessary for the website to function are placed without consent, as they are strictly required.

  1. Data Handling

Our website is hosted by Framer. Framer may process certain technical data such as IP addresses and server logs as part of delivering the website to you. Analytics data is processed by Google and may be transferred to and stored on Google's servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequate level of protection for such transfers under Article 45 of the GDPR. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.

We only collect what is strictly necessary for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we continuously review our website practices to ensure they remain proportionate, transparent, and compliant with the EU/UK GDPR and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. This policy applies to our marketing website only, a separate privacy notice governs your use of the Planicorn platform and will be made available when the platform launches.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and help us understand how visitors use our site.
